Eski\u015fehir \u00d6zel \u00dcmit Hastanesi \u00c7ocuk Cerrahisi Uzman\u0131 Op. Dr. Cengiz Ko\u00e7yi\u011fit, \u00e7ocuklarda inmemi\u015f testis sorunu hakk\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n
Anne karn\u0131ndaki bebekte ilk 3 ayda testisin bebe\u011fin karn\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu ve 7\u2019nci ayda normal yerine yani torbaya indi\u011fini aktaran Ko\u00e7yi\u011fit, baz\u0131 nedenlerle testisin normal yerine yerle\u015fmemesi durumuna inmemi\u015f testis dendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. \u0130nmemi\u015f testisin g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n premat\u00fcre bebeklerde y\u00fczde 30 oranlar\u0131nda daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken Op. Dr. Cengiz Ko\u00e7yi\u011fit, erken do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklarda ilk 6 ay i\u00e7inde testisin yerine yerle\u015fmesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi. \u00c7ocuklarda inmemi\u015f testis sorunun tespitinde ailelere \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Op. Dr. Ko\u00e7yi\u011fit, yeni do\u011fan bebe\u011fin testislerinin kontrol edilerek, her ikisinin torbada ele gelip gelmedi\u011fine, testislerin yerinde olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. \u201cAmeliyat\u0131n s\u00fcresi yar\u0131m saat ile 45 dakika aras\u0131ndad\u0131r, anestezi risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc her ameliyatta oldu\u011fu gibi bunda da var, mikrop kapma riski yine olabilir. G\u00fcn\u00fc birlik ameliyat sonras\u0131nda hasta ak\u015fam da \u00e7\u0131kabilir 1 g\u00fcn de yatabilir. 1 hafta sonra diki\u015fler al\u0131n\u0131r. Ameliyat sonras\u0131nda \u00e7ocu\u011fun 3 g\u00fcn yatmas\u0131nda yarar var, ameliyat sonras\u0131nda baz\u0131 hastalarda testisler geli\u015fmez hatta y\u00fczde 5 oran\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcp kaybolabilir. Bu nedenle ameliyattan 1 ay, 6 ay ve 1 y\u0131l sonra hastay\u0131 kontrole \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz, testis k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcrse bunu almam\u0131z gerekir, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclen testisi almazsak di\u011fer testisi de etkileyerek k\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa neden olabilir.\u201d<\/p>\n
