Ne\u015fet Erta\u015f K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezin\u2019de yap\u0131lan kuralarda 194 konutun 14\u2019\u00fc \u015eehit ailelerine verildi. 14 daire ise engelli kategorisinden kura ile sahiplerini buldu.
