Kongre kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda konu\u015fan THD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. G\u00fcner Hayri \u00d6zsan, 45. Ulusal Hematoloji Kongresi\u2019nde hematoloji alan\u0131nda \u201c\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir Kal\u0131nt\u0131 Hastal\u0131k\u201d ve \u201c13. Mezuniyet Sonras\u0131 Hematoloji E\u011fitim Kursu- Zor Olgular\u201d kurslar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Kongrede 25 bilimsel oturum, 12 uydu sempozyum, 4 uzman\u0131na dan\u0131\u015f oturumu, 12 s\u00f6zl\u00fc sunu oturumunun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden  \u00d6zsan,\u201c Kongreye g\u00f6nderilen 400\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n bildiriden de\u011ferlendirmeler sonucu, 5\u2019ini ba\u015fkan\u0131n se\u00e7ti\u011fi oturumunda; 84\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6zl\u00fc sunum oturumlar\u0131nda; 50\u2019sini tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 poster oturumda dinleme imkan\u0131 bulduk\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Emotolojinin kan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu aktaran \u00d6zsan, \u201cT\u00fcm geli\u015fmeleri kongrede dinledik. Habis hastal\u0131klarda, \u00e7ok s\u00fcratli bir devinim var. Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn  yeni ila\u00e7lar ve olanaklar ve bunlar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u015eunu hala s\u00f6yleyemiyoruz, bir sihirli de\u011fnekle bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131 biranda yok edemiyoruz ama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z eskisine g\u00f6re daha iyi. Hala  tedavinin b\u00fcy\u00fck omurgas\u0131n\u0131 kemoterapi olu\u015fturuyor. Hedefe y\u00f6nelik ila\u00e7lar\u0131n eklenmesiyle ba\u015far\u0131 oranlar\u0131 art\u0131yor. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da baz\u0131 hastalar\u0131m\u0131zda ise bu ila\u00e7lar kemoterapi olmaks\u0131z\u0131n da etki g\u00f6sterebilir ama olduk\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>THD 2\u2019\u2019inci Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof.Dr. T\u00fclin Tiraje Celkan, hemofilinin v\u00fccutta kanaman\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131yla ili\u015fkili olan bir fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn eksikli\u011fi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Hemofilinin bir kraliyet hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu aktaran  Celkan, \u201cKanamalar\u0131n durdurulamamas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda kaybedilen erkek \u00e7ocuklar var. Bu hastal\u0131kta uzun zamandan beri 1900\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llardan bu yana plazma denilen kan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131v\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n verilmesi ya da buradan elde edilen fakt\u00f6r 8\u2019lerin izole edilmesi tedavisiydi. Bundan iyi sonu\u00e7 almaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Son y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle bilimsel olarak ba\u015fka boyuta ge\u00e7ilmesiyle d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yap\u0131lan kombinat olarak yap\u0131lan fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn, fakt\u00f6r 8\u2019i, 9\u2019u atlayarak daha ileri ki a\u015famada etkili olabilece\u011fi g\u00f6sterildi\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tek fakt\u00f6r yok&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Celkan, hemofili hastalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun art\u0131k eri\u015fkin ya\u015fa gelebildi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, \u201c Hemofili de art\u0131k oran de\u011fi\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 art\u0131k eri\u015fkin hasta hemofililerin. Hemofili hastas\u0131na hematolog bakar.\u201d dedi.  Y\u0131llardan bu yana l\u00f6semi oran\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmedi\u011fini kaydeden Celkan, \u201cHijyen \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla azalmas\u0131, toplumdan topluma \u0131rksal bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi yoktur. G\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131 100 binde 4\u2019t\u00fcr genelde. G\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz s\u0131kl\u0131ktaki de\u011fi\u015fim itibariyle \u00e7ok fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma var. Anne baban\u0131n mesle\u011finden tutunda, annenin hamlelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda yedikleri de bak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Ama bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri kan\u0131ta dayal\u0131 bir \u015fey de\u011fil. Bunlar olabilir \u015feklinde g\u00f6sterilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar. Hijyen kurallar\u0131n\u0131n imm\u00fcnolojik olarak \u00e7ocu\u011fun erken geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, bunun haricinde ayn\u0131 ortamda bulunan iki karde\u015f ve ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde besleniyorken birinde l\u00f6semi geli\u015firken di\u011ferinde geli\u015fmeyebiliyor. L\u00f6semi geli\u015fmesi tek fakt\u00f6r de\u011fildir. Genetik getirdiklerimiz, \u00fcst\u00fcne binen \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rler o anki v\u00fccudunun imm\u00fcnolojik cevab\u0131. Tek bir nedene ba\u011flamak hi\u00e7bir zaman olas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Her \u015feyin birlikte oldu\u011fu etkile\u015fim sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar&#8221; ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130mm\u00fc sistemi erken aktifle\u015fmeli&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Celkan s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131: &#8220;Ne kadar erken imm\u00fcn sisteminiz aktifle\u015firse, imm\u00fcn sistemini erken uyan\u0131yor. \u00c7ok steril ortamda, imm\u00fcn sisteminiz iyi de\u011fil. Onun i\u00e7in g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde v\u00fccudunuzda \u00e7ok say\u0131da kanser h\u00fccresi oluyor ama v\u00fccudumuzda s\u00fczge\u00e7 var. S\u00fczge\u00e7ler tutuyor,  s\u00fczge\u00e7 dedi\u011fimiz olay imm\u00fcn sitemimiz. \u0130mm\u00fcn sistem erken d\u00f6nemde aktifle\u015firse o zaman l\u00f6semi olma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z daha azal\u0131r. O a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerin \u00f6nemlilerinden bir tanesi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kesin ispatlanm\u0131\u015f nedeni yok&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>THD Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Sekreteri  Prof. Dr. Meltem Kurt Y\u00fcksel  l\u00f6semilerin kesin ispatlanm\u0131\u015f bir sebebinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. 2. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra at\u0131lan atom bombas\u0131ndan sonra l\u00f6semilerin insidans\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydeden Y\u00fcksel, \u201cDemek ki radyasyon \u00f6nemli bir etken.  Genetik bir tak\u0131m risk fakt\u00f6rleri l\u00f6semiyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hastal\u0131k tek bir h\u00fccrenin anormal bir \u015fekilde \u00e7o\u011falarak kemik ili\u011finin dolmas\u0131na sebep olmakta. Bu da kan h\u00fccrelerinin g\u00f6rev yapamamas\u0131na neden oluyor. L\u00f6semili hastalar bize genellikle kanama, ate\u015f, halsizlik ve yorgunluklarla ba\u015fvuruyor. Akut l\u00f6semiler hi\u00e7 beklenmedik bir anda ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Kronik l\u00f6semilerde ise ki\u015fi boynunda bir beze ve yada kan de\u011ferlerinde anormallikler bize gelmi\u015ftir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Doping&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>THD Genel Sekreteri Prof. Dr. Muhlis Cem Ar, dopingte amac\u0131n bir \u015fekilde performans\u0131 artt\u0131rmak oldu\u011funu kaydetti.  Performans\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rman\u0131n yolunun kas g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rmaktan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini kaydeden Acar, \u201cKas g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rman\u0131n farkl\u0131 maddelerle yapabilirsiniz. Denetimde bu maddeyi kanda ve idrarda tespit edilebilir. Kas g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131ran \u015feylerden biri kasa giden oksijen miktar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmakt\u0131r.  Kasa giden oksijen miktar\u0131nda kan miktar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 hemoglobininizi artt\u0131r\u0131rsan\u0131z kasa giden oksijen artar. \u00d6nce ba\u015fkas\u0131ndan kan nakli ama tehlikeli olabilecek \u015fey. Onun i\u00e7in kendi kanlar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p saklay\u0131p performans zaman\u0131na yak\u0131n d\u00f6nemlerde kendi kanlar\u0131na kendilerine nakletmelerini bir yol olarak bulmu\u015flar. 1980\u2019lerde kan yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran hormonun ila\u00e7 olarak devreye girmesiyle kendine bunu enjekte etmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flar. B\u00f6ylece kas performanslar\u0131n\u0131 artmay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015fler bunu da ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flar. Bu bir tak\u0131m y\u00f6ntemlerle d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z hormonu tespit etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THD \u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 BA\u015eKANI   PROF.
