Adana Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Zafer Akta\u015f, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerde havaya silahla ate\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu masum insanlar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek ve gelin ile damad\u0131n en g\u00fczel g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn kara bir g\u00fcn olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in toplum destekli polislik \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne talimat verdi. Polis bu talimat do\u011frultusunda proje geli\u015ftirerek \u201cMutlulu\u011fa kur\u015fun s\u0131kma, gelece\u011fini karartma\u201d yaz\u0131l\u0131 afi\u015f as\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu getirildi.<\/p>\n
Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda polis ekipleri, ni\u015fan, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, asker e\u011flencesi gibi kutlamalar\u0131 ziyaret ederek rastgele a\u00e7\u0131lan ate\u015f sonucu \u00f6l\u00fcm ve yaralanmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan afi\u015fler as\u0131l\u0131p da\u011f\u0131t\u0131larak uyar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Polisler bu kapsamda d\u00fcn Seyhan il\u00e7esi Hurmal\u0131 Mahallesi\u2019nde evinin bulundu\u011fu sokakta asker k\u0131nas\u0131 yapan Kadir \u00c7etinkaya\u2019n\u0131n e\u011flencesine kat\u0131ld\u0131. Vatanda\u015flarla birlikte e\u011flenceye de kat\u0131lan polisler, \u201cMutlulu\u011fa kur\u015fun s\u0131kma, gelece\u011fi karartma\u201d projesi kapsam\u0131nda bro\u015f\u00fcr da\u011f\u0131tarak uyar\u0131larda bulundu. Bir polis memuru da e\u011flenceye kat\u0131lanlara hitap ederek d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerde kesinlikle silahla havaya ate\u015f edilmemesi gerekti\u011fini, masum insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Daha sonra polisler vatanda\u015flarla birlikte halay \u00e7ekip, \u00e7iftetelli oynad\u0131.<\/p>\n
