T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin narenciye deposu Mersin\u2019de bu y\u0131l 7\u2019ncisi d\u00fczenlenen Uluslararas\u0131 Mersin Narenciye Festivali, d\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f program\u0131 ve 2 bini a\u015fk\u0131n insan\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kortej y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile ba\u015flad\u0131. Merkez Mezitli il\u00e7esi Adnan Menderes Bulvar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki K\u00fclt\u00fcr Park\u2019ta 70 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck alanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen festival kapsam\u0131nda, 10\u2019u mobil 30 fig\u00fcr ile festival alan\u0131nda a\u011fa\u00e7 giydirmeleri dahil yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm s\u00fcslemeler 500 binin \u00fczerinde limon, portakal ve greyfurtla yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6zellikle s\u00fcslemelerle sahil band\u0131 birbirinden g\u00fczel fig\u00fcrlerle sar\u0131-turuncu renge b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcrken, festival alan\u0131na gelen binlerce insan fig\u00fcrlerin \u00f6n\u00fcnde foto\u011fraf \u00e7ektirmek i\u00e7in birbirleriyle yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 25 \u00fclkeden 700\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde g\u00f6steri sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131, 400\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde stant ise festivale renk katt\u0131. \u00d6te yandan, \u00f6zel bir \u00fcniversitenin a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencileri taraf\u0131ndan bir rekor denemesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. 65 kilo et kullanarak 33 metre uzunlu\u011funda tantuni yapan \u00f6\u011frenciler, rekoru k\u0131rmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131lar. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla ilgili gazetecilere a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlisi Kamuran \u00d6ztop, bu y\u0131l 7. Uluslararas\u0131 Mersin Narenciye Festivali\u2019nin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini belirterek, “Her y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi biz de \u00fcniversite olarak bu y\u0131l da yer ald\u0131k. Bu y\u0131l Mersin\u2019in bir sokak lezzeti olan tantuniyi daha fazla tan\u0131tabilmek ad\u0131na b\u00f6yle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmak istedik. Bunu da anlaml\u0131 k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in plakam\u0131z olan 33 metrelik bir tantuni etkinli\u011fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Mersin Valisi Ali \u0130hsan Su, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Vahap Se\u00e7er ve Festival Y\u00fcr\u00fctme Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah \u00d6zdemir de rekor denemesinde \u00f6\u011frencilerin yan\u0131nda oldu. Vali Su\u2019nun start\u0131 ile 33 metrelik tantuniyi yapan \u00f6\u011frenciler, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde sonu\u00e7land\u0131rd\u0131lar. Tantuninin tad\u0131na da bakan Su, ard\u0131ndan vatanda\u015flara ikram etti.
