Hindistan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Yeni Delhi\u2019de hava kirlili\u011finin y\u00fcksek seviyelere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yetkililer harekete ge\u00e7ti. Trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kan ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak hava kirlili\u011fini azaltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yetkililer, tek ve \u00e7ift plaka uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesine karar verdi. Bug\u00fcnden itibaren uygulanacak kararla, plaka numaras\u0131 tek ve \u00e7ift rakamla biten \u00f6zel ara\u00e7lar ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kamayacak. Uygulaman\u0131n 15 Kas\u0131m\u2019a kadar s\u00fcrmesi planlan\u0131yor. Karara uymayan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ise 4 bin rupi (yakla\u015f\u0131k 56 ABD Dolar\u0131) para cezas\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacak. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131, ambulanslar, polis arabalar\u0131, taksiler ve iki tekerlekli ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, arabada tek ba\u015f\u0131na bulunan kad\u0131nlar uygulamadan muaf tutulacak.<\/p>\n

Yar\u0131na kadar verilen aran\u0131n Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fcndemde.<\/p>\n
