\u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en \u201ch\u0131zl\u0131\u201d vapuru ve \u201chaf\u0131zas\u0131\u201d olan, at\u0131l durumda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in Liman \u0130\u015fletmeleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ihale yoluyla s\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcne karar verilen 67 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki tarihi Pa\u015fabah\u00e7e Vapuru hurdaya gitmekten kurtuldu. \u0130stanbullular\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kampanya ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihi vapur i\u00e7in beklenen karar, Beykoz Belediyesinin Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nd\u0131. Pa\u015fabah\u00e7e Vapuru\u2019nun yolcu vapuru olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde y\u00fczer hale getirilmesi \u015fart\u0131yla \u015eehir Hatlar\u0131\u2019na bedelsiz tahsisini i\u00e7eren g\u00fcndem maddesi oy birli\u011fiyle meclisten ge\u00e7ti. Karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015fehrin yar\u0131m asr\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n tarihine tan\u0131kl\u0131k eden yolcu vapuru onar\u0131m i\u00e7in tersanenin yolunu tutacak. Vapur, restorasyonun ard\u0131ndan ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi yeniden Bo\u011faz\u2019la ve yolcular\u0131yla bulu\u015facak.<\/p>\n
Tarihi vapurla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Beykoz Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Murat Ayd\u0131n, “\u0130stanbul\u2019un hat\u0131ras\u0131na nak\u015folmu\u015f, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yo\u011fun talep gelen Pa\u015fabah\u00e7e Vapuru i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7tik. Tarihimizi ya\u015fatmak ad\u0131na meclisimize teklifte bulunduk ve oy birli\u011fiyle karar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ald\u0131k. \u015eehrimizin simgesi ve haf\u0131zas\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kan t\u00fcm meclis \u00fcyesi arkada\u015flar\u0131ma te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u0130stanbulumuza hay\u0131rl\u0131 olsun” dedi.<\/p>\n

Uzun y\u0131llar Bo\u011faz\u2019\u0131n iki yakas\u0131nda yolculara hizmet verdi. 2010\u2019da emekliye ayr\u0131lan Pa\u015fabah\u00e7e Vapuru m\u00fcze yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere Beykoz sahiline demirlendi. Yeterli kaynak ve sponsor bulunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in restorasyon ve bak\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lamayan vapur bir d\u00f6nem nikah salonu olarak hizmet verdi.
