BU\u00dc Ziraat Fak\u00fcltesi G\u0131da M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Utku \u00c7opur, ya\u015fanan \u0131spanak zehirlenmeleri \u00fczerine bir bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada normal \u015fartlarda \u0131spana\u011f\u0131n tek ba\u015f\u0131na zehirleyici \u00f6zelli\u011fi bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Utku \u00c7opur, \u201cTaze \u0131spana\u011f\u0131n t\u00fcketiminde sebzenin en taze h\u00e2liyle sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve t\u00fcketim \u00f6ncesi bol su ile iyice y\u0131kanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.
