Dr. Mehmet Emre \u00d6zpelit, \u201cKalp hastas\u0131n\u0131n kardiyoloji uzman\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckten sonra kendisine uygun olan egzersizin se\u00e7ilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re \u00f6nerilen egzersiz tipi ve s\u00fcresi farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenli spor yapman\u0131n kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten \u00d6zpelit, \u201cKalp hastalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenli egzersiz yapmas\u0131 y\u00fcksek tansiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ve kolesterollerinin d\u00fc\u015fmesine, kalp kaslar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine, kilo kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131na, uyku kalitelerinin artmas\u0131na ve  stres d\u00fczeylerinin azalmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flar\u2019\u2019 diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Hangi hasta grubu i\u00e7in riskli?<\/p>\n<p>Az say\u0131da baz\u0131 kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in sporun tehlikeli olabilece\u011fini kaydeden \u00d6zpelit, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBunlar ciddi ritm bozuklu\u011fu, ciddi kalp kapak darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, alevli d\u00f6nemde kalp yetersizli\u011fi ve ciddi akci\u011fer tansiyonu olan hastalard\u0131r. Kalp krizi ge\u00e7iren, by-pass ya da stent uygulanan hastalar i\u00e7in de erken d\u00f6nemde spor sak\u0131ncal\u0131 olabilir. Bu hastalar spora ba\u015flama zaman\u0131n\u0131 mutlaka doktorlar\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelidirler. Ancak bir\u00e7o\u011fu 2-3 hafta i\u00e7inde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flere ba\u015flayabilirler. By-pass ameliyat\u0131 sonras\u0131nda ise 6\u2019\u0131nc\u0131 haftadan sonra egzersize ba\u015flamak g\u00fcvenli kabul edilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorular \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli<\/p>\n<p>Kalp hastalar\u0131 spora ba\u015flamadan hekimlerine bir tak\u0131m sorular sormalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6zpelit, \u201cG\u00fcnde ne kadar egzersiz yapmal\u0131y\u0131m? Haftada ne s\u0131kl\u0131kta egzersiz yapmal\u0131y\u0131m? Hangi egzersizi daha \u00e7ok yap\u0131p hangisinden ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131y\u0131m? Egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda ne gibi yak\u0131nmalar\u0131m olursa endi\u015fe etmeliyim? Egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda nab\u0131z ve tansiyonumu takip etmeli miyim? Kalp hastalar\u0131 bu sorular\u0131n cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 doktorlar\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenmeleri \u00f6nem arz etmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En kolay ve ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olan\u0131 d\u00fczenli y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in en uygun spor t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn aerobik egzersiz oldu\u011funu belirten Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6zpelit, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu egzersiz de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fekillerde yap\u0131labilmekle birlikte en kolay ve ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olan\u0131 d\u00fczenli y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bisiklet, y\u00fczme, ip atlama ve hafif tempolu ko\u015fu da \u00f6ncelikle se\u00e7ilebilecek sporlardand\u0131r. Genel durumu ve kas g\u00fcc\u00fc iyi olan hastalar i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilen egzersiz s\u00fcresi haftada 150 dakikad\u0131r. Bunu hastalar\u0131m\u0131za haftan\u0131n 5 g\u00fcn\u00fc, g\u00fcnde 30 dakika olarak \u00f6neriyoruz. Ancak kalp hastalar\u0131 spora yeni ba\u015flayacaklarsa g\u00fcnde 5-10 dakika ile ba\u015flay\u0131p yava\u015f yava\u015f artt\u0131rabilirler. Kardiyolog onay\u0131 al\u0131nmak ko\u015fulu ile genel durumu iyi olan baz\u0131 hastalar haftada 75 dakika olarak yo\u011fun i\u00e7erikli egzersiz yapabilirler. Diren\u00e7 egzersizleri de uygun hastalarda el a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar se\u00e7ilerek ve tekrar say\u0131lar\u0131 fazla tutularak uygulanabilir. Kalp hastalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok so\u011fuk, s\u0131cak ve nemli havalarda spor yapmalar\u0131 uygun de\u011fildir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 s\u0131cak havalarda kalbin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131r\u0131r ve \u00e7abuk yorulma, nefes darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131, bay\u0131lma ile sonu\u00e7lanabilir. Bu nedenle yaz aylar\u0131nda bol s\u0131v\u0131 almak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Yine \u00e7ok so\u011fuk havalarda g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs b\u00f6lgesine al\u0131nan r\u00fczg\u00e2r kalp spazm\u0131 ve krizini tetikleyebilir. Ancak istatistikler g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki kalp hastalar\u0131nda spor yaparken kalp krizi ge\u00e7irme ihtimali \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Hastalar\u0131m\u0131z hekim \u00f6nerisi ile uygun sporlar\u0131 g\u00fcvenle yapabilirler.
