Finansal dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n da incelemeleri sonras\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn geli\u015fimini destekleyecek ve kamuya en fazla yarar sa\u011flayacak model ile hizmet al\u0131m s\u00fcresine karar verilecek. 6 Ocak 2017 tarihli Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan 680 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararname ile 1 Ocak 2018 tarihinden itibaren 49 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle yurt i\u00e7inde at yar\u0131\u015flar\u0131 d\u00fczenleme, yurt i\u00e7inde ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen at yar\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u00fczerine yurt i\u00e7inden ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan m\u00fc\u015fterek bahis kabul etme hak ve yetkilerine ili\u015fkin lisanslar TVF\u2019ye devredilmi\u015f, ayr\u0131ca at yar\u0131\u015flar\u0131 d\u00fczenleme amac\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak tahsis edilmi\u015f veya fiilen bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar ile \u00fczerlerindeki yap\u0131 ve tesisler de TVF\u2019nin kullan\u0131m\u0131na verilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n
