Ya\u015f Sebze Meyve alan\u0131nda faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Bursa Ticaret Borsas\u0131 (BTB) 3. Meslek Komitesi \u00fcyeleri, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ticar\u00ee nizam\u0131 koruma konusunda \u00f6nemli a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n
BTB Meclis Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130smail Asl\u0131m ile BTB Meclis \u00dcyesi Feridun \u00d6zy\u00fcksel ve Mustafa Aksu, BTB\u2019na ait Do\u011fanbey Sivil Mimari \u00d6rne\u011fi binalar\u0131nda bir araya geldi. Asl\u0131m, Aksu ve Y\u00fcksel, \u00f6zellikle ya\u015f sebze meyvede kontrol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehlikeye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren, hal esnaf\u0131n\u0131n ma\u011fdur oldu\u011fu konular\u0131 masaya yat\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Kontrol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6zellikle insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na olan olumsuz etkilerine de\u011finen BTB Meclis Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130smail Asl\u0131m, \u201cEn son ya\u015fanan \u0131spanak olay\u0131nda konunun ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbesini ya\u015fad\u0131k. B\u00f6yle ac\u0131 olaylar\u0131n ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle ya\u015f sebze meyvelerin H\u00e2l Kay\u0131t Sistemi (HKS)\u2019ne dahil olup sat\u0131\u015fa sunulmas\u0131, b\u00f6ylece \u00fcr\u00fcn hangi sat\u0131c\u0131dan ge\u00e7mi\u015f hangi \u00fcreticinin hangi tarlas\u0131nda \u00fcretilmi\u015f,hatta \u00e7ift\u00e7i hangi zira\u00ee il\u00e2c\u0131 kullanm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp denetlenebilir. Ya\u015f meyve ve sebzelerin pazarlamas\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc toptanc\u0131 halleri ve bu hallerde g\u00f6rev alan t\u00fcccarlar\u0131n \u00fcstlendi\u011fini ve Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Hikmet \u015eahin Ya\u015f Sebze Meyve Hali\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6rnek oldu\u011funa vurgu yapan \u0130smail Asl\u0131m, \u201c\u0130limizde t\u00fcketilen ba\u015fta so\u011fan patates gibi depolanabilir \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile taze sebze meyvelerin yo\u011fun ticareti halimizde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Ancak hal d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kontrols\u00fcz, rekabeti etkileyen,toptan sat\u0131\u015f yapan firmalar bulunuyor ve bu firmalar\u0131n artarak devam etmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekiyor. Toptanc\u0131 hallerinde i\u015flem g\u00f6ren sebze ve meyve ticareti, i\u00e7 piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclen sebze ve meyvenin yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu olu\u015fturuyor y\u00fczde 70\u2019i de maalesef kontrol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
