Ka\u015fifo\u011flu, belirli bir oranda ve kontrol edilebilir stresin, ki\u015finin verimlili\u011fini, odaklanma ve \u00f6\u011frenme faaliyetini artt\u0131rma ve ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 tetikleme gibi yararl\u0131 etkiler sa\u011flayabildi\u011fini ifade etti.
