Rusya\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 Krasnodar B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde bulunan Novorossiysk kentinin Grushovaya petrol tesisinde bulunan bir petrol tankerinde yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00d6nceki sabah ya\u015fanan olayda i\u015f\u00e7iler tank\u0131n yan\u0131ndaki hatlar \u00fczerinde ar\u0131za \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yaparken bir anda meydana gelen parlamayla alevler b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek i\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00fczerine s\u0131\u00e7rad\u0131.
