Samsun\u2019da her y\u0131l 1 milyon 300 bin fidan olmak \u00fczere, 3 y\u0131lda toplam 4 milyon fidan dikilecek. A\u011fa\u00e7lardan elde edilecek gelir ise y\u00f6re halk\u0131na kalacak.<\/p>\n

Samsun B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi \u015eubat ay\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131 B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclis Salonunda, Meclis Ba\u015fkan Vekili Turan \u00c7ak\u0131r ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131. Mecliste 41 g\u00fcndem maddesi oylanarak komisyonlara havale edildi. G\u00fcndem maddeleri aras\u0131nda olan “Her Fidan Bir \u0130nsan” projesi de komisyonda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n

Samsun B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Samsun Orman \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Vezirk\u00f6pr\u00fc Orman \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Bafra Orman \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Samsun Fidanl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje; Samsun Valili\u011fi, kaymakaml\u0131klar, Samsun \u0130\u015eKUR, Amasya Orman B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Samsun \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri, il\u00e7e belediye ba\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile haz\u0131rland\u0131. 17 il\u00e7esi dahil olmak \u00fczere her y\u0131l Samsun n\u00fcfusu kadar fidan dikilerek proje s\u00fcresi olan 3 y\u0131lda 4 milyon fidan dikimi hedefleniyor. Projenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131ndaki ama\u00e7 ise toprak \u00f6zellikleri ile hava \u015fartlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak; erozyonu \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak, gelir getirici a\u011fa\u00e7 t\u00fcrlerine \u00f6ncelik verilerek \u00fcretimi art\u0131r\u0131p k\u00f6ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc te\u015fvik etmek, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00e7evre ve orman yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi sa\u011flamak. Proje boyunca \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ici eleman temini yap\u0131larak, zaman i\u00e7erinde a\u011fa\u00e7lardan elde edilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden sa\u011flanacak gelir ise k\u00f6y halk\u0131na verilecek.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcndem maddesi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Samsun B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Meclis Ba\u015fkan Vekili Turan \u00c7ak\u0131r, “Proje Avrupa Birli\u011fi fonlar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lacak. Bu projede ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z da var. 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek bir proje. Proje tamamland\u0131ktan sonra fidanlar\u0131n nerelere dikilece\u011fi proje ortaklar\u0131 ile karar verilecek” dedi.
