Bir s\u00fcredir alzheimer tedavisi g\u00f6ren Prof. Dr. M\u00fcmtaz Soysal 90 ya\u015f\u0131nda Be\u015fikta\u015f\u2019taki evinde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Bir d\u00f6nem D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan ve Uluslararas\u0131 Af \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den se\u00e7ilen ilk ve son genel sekreteri unvan\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan Soysal i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011fle namaz\u0131na m\u00fcteakiben Zincirlikuyu Cami\u2019nde t\u00f6ren d\u00fczenlendi. 1961 Anayasas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n imza sahiplerinden biri olan Soysal\u2019\u0131n cenaze t\u00f6renine CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, Muharrem \u0130nce, Be\u015fikta\u015f Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Nur \u00c7ebi, Galatasaray Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Cengiz ile \u00e7ok say\u0131da seveni kat\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca aileden k\u0131z\u0131 Funda Soysal taziyeleri kabul etti.
