Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131n Sur il\u00e7esinde bulunan Gazi ve Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131larba\u015f\u0131 Caddeleri \u00fczerinde bulunan esnaf, tarihi il\u00e7edeki caddelerin asfalt m\u0131, parke ta\u015f\u0131 m\u0131 olmas\u0131na karar vermek i\u00e7in referandum yapacak.<\/p>\n
Tarihi Sur il\u00e7esindeki Gazi ve Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131larba\u015f\u0131 Caddeleri \u00fczerindeki esnaf, caddelerin ve sokaklar\u0131n onar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne talepte bulundu. Esnaftan gelen talep \u00fczerine onar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak cedde ve sokaklar\u0131n asfalt m\u0131, parke ta\u015f\u0131 m\u0131 olmas\u0131nda karar al\u0131namad\u0131. Karara var\u0131lamamas\u0131 \u00fczerine Diyarbak\u0131r Valisi ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan Vekili Hasan Basri G\u00fczelo\u011flu, esnaf\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131 referandumda \u00e7\u0131kan karara g\u00f6re asfalt veya parke yap\u0131lmas\u0131 talimat\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n

Sur Belediyesi Meclis \u00dcyesi ve esnaf odalar\u0131 temsilcisi Adil Ayd\u0131n, 2007 tarihi itibariyle Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da d\u00f6nemin Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Osman Baydemir\u2019in, Melik Ahmet Caddesi ve Gazi Caddesi\u2019ni normal ta\u015flardan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Ayd\u0131n, “Fakat bu ta\u015flar yeterince ra\u011fbet edilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in bir de tam yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u015fuan hepsi s\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Biz de bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ve durumu \u015fuandaki Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z ve Valimiz Hasan Basri G\u00fczelo\u011flu\u2019na arz ettik. Kendisi de bize, \u2018ta\u015f m\u0131 olsun asfalt m\u0131 olsun\u2019 diye s\u00f6yledi. Bizde esnaf\u0131m\u0131z kimisi asfalt, kimisi ta\u015f olsun dedi. Bizde dedik mi madem \u00f6yle ise biz bu durumu esnaflar aras\u0131nda ve halk aras\u0131nda bir referandum, ya da bir se\u00e7ime g\u00f6t\u00fcrelim. Vatanda\u015f hangisini isterse biz onu uygulayal\u0131m. Bu da bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan k\u0131ymetli ve \u00f6nemlidir. \u015eimdi bir belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n vatanda\u015f\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine g\u00f6re hareket ederek bu i\u015fleri yapmas\u0131 makul talepler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bizim ho\u015fumuza gidiyor. Bu gibi durumlar\u0131n noktas\u0131nda da yine talebimiz esnaf ve vatanda\u015flara da sorulsa da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fayda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 zannediyorum. Nezaketen bize s\u00f6ylemesi bizim ho\u015fumuza gitti. Yani \u015fu anlama geliyor. Demek oluyor ki belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 bu i\u015fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman halkla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e, halka dan\u0131\u015farak bu i\u015fleri yap\u0131yor. Bu ho\u015fumuza gidiyor. Buras\u0131 bir ticaret merkezi, ticari hacmi olan bir il\u00e7emiz. G\u00fcnd\u00fcz 300 bine dayanan bir n\u00fcfus potansiyeli mevcuttur. Bu ta\u015flar bu caddeye ve Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a uygunda de\u011fil, ho\u015fta de\u011fildir. \u015eimdi kimilerine asfalt dedi\u011fimiz zaman K\u00fclt\u00fcr Tabiat Koruma vakf\u0131 olarak tarihi yer oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in asfalt\u0131 kabul etmiyorlar. Parke ta\u015f\u0131 olsa, yol d\u00fczg\u00fcn olsa s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 olmaz. Yani bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan her hangi bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 olmaz. Ama \u015fuanda ta\u015f yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ta\u015flar yerinde oynuyor, ara\u00e7lar \u015fehir i\u00e7ine giremiyor. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 olu\u015fuyor burada\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
