2018 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131nda \u0130stanbul 3. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi\u2019ne ba\u015fvurarak konkordato talebinde bulunan Sarot Group b\u00fcnyesindeki Burj Al Babas Termal Turizm Pazarlama \u0130n\u015faat Taahh\u00fct Limited \u015eirketi\u2019ne 3 ay s\u00fcre verilmi\u015f, 9 Kas\u0131m 2018 g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131lan duru\u015fmada komiser heyetinin g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi raporu dikkate alan mahkeme heyeti, konkordatonun ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fma \u015fans\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015firket hakk\u0131nda iflas karar\u0131 vererek projenin durmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Kararla ilgili \u0130stanbul B\u00f6lge Adliye Mahkemesi\u2019ne istinaf yolu ile temyiz ba\u015fvurusunda bulunulmas\u0131 sonucu, denetimli olarak \u015firket ticari faaliyetleri i\u00e7in icra iflas kanunlar\u0131 nezdinde izin verildi. Projede in\u015faat ve sat\u0131\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ederken, Sarot Grup mahkemenin verdi\u011fi iflas karar\u0131n\u0131 temyize ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. \u0130stanbul B\u00f6lge Adliye Mahkemesi 17\u2019nci Hukuk Dairesi Sarot Grup\u2019a ait 3 \u015firket hakk\u0131nda verilen iflas karar\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rd\u0131. Mahkeme, \u015firketin konkordato ba\u015fvurusunu ise reddetti.<\/p>\n
Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Sarot Grup Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mezher Yerdelen, mahkeme s\u00fcresince bor\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019sini \u00f6dediklerini belirterek, \u201cMahkemenin verdi\u011fi karar\u0131 biz de olumlu bulduk.
