Trabzon\u2019un D\u00fczk\u00f6y il\u00e7esi Ha\u00e7ka Yaylas\u0131\u2019nda ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131la\u015fma ile m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda y\u0131k\u0131lan binalarla ilgili d\u00fcn ya\u015fanan olaylar\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Trabzon B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Murat Zorluo\u011flu, y\u0131k\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00fclke genelinde devam edece\u011fine vurgu yaparak devletin belirtilen s\u00fcrenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan binalara asla m\u00fcsaade etmeyece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Zorluo\u011flu y\u0131k\u0131mlar\u0131n s\u00fcrece\u011fine vurgu yaparak \u201cKa\u00e7ak yap\u0131larla m\u00fccadele valili\u011fimiz, kaymakaml\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zla, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyemiz, hem de il\u00e7e belediyelerimizle, birlikte Trabzon\u2019da ve \u00fclke genelinde de devam edecek\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
\u0130l\u00e7e ziyaretleri kapsam\u0131nda K\u00f6pr\u00fcba\u015f\u0131 il\u00e7esinde incelemelerde bulunan Ba\u015fkan Zorluo\u011flu, d\u00fcn D\u00fczk\u00f6y il\u00e7esi Ha\u00e7ka Yaylas\u0131\u2019nda ya\u015fanan olaylar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi. Zorluo\u011flu, \u201cY\u0131k\u0131mlar B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir faaliyet de\u011fil. Valili\u011fimizin, devletimizin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir karar ve onlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir uygulamad\u0131r. Netice itibariyle 2017 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 31 Aral\u0131k\u2019\u0131ndan \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan yap\u0131larla ilgili olarak devletimiz uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zlemle bekledi\u011fi bir kanunu \u00e7\u0131kartarak imar bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 uygulamaya koydu. Ve bu tarihten \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan yap\u0131larla ilgili ba\u015fvurular vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z yapt\u0131 ve bir \u00e7ok yap\u0131 art\u0131k imar bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde elektri\u011fi, suyu ba\u011flanabilir legal hale gelmi\u015f oldu. Ancak 2017\u2019nin sonundan itibaren 2018 birinci ay\u0131ndan itibaren ise yeni yap\u0131lan ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131lara asla m\u00fcsaade edilmeyece\u011fi ta ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn makamlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o tarihten sonra yap\u0131lan yap\u0131lar ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131larla ilgili devletin bir tasarrufudur, ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131larla m\u00fccadele hem valili\u011fimiz hem B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyemiz hem de il\u00e7e belediyelerimizle, kaymakaml\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte Trabzon\u2019da da \u00fclke genelinde de devam edecek.
