Konuyla ilgili G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane Valili\u011fi\u2019nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada “G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane ili, Merkez Dumanl\u0131 K\u00f6y\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulunan yerde verilmi\u015f olan ruhsata ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar esnas\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda bas\u0131n yay\u0131n organlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan haberler ve yorumlarla alakal\u0131 olarak 14.11.2019 tarihinde Valili\u011fimizce bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmakla birlikte sayg\u0131de\u011fer kamuoyunu bilgilendirmek amac\u0131yla yeni bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 has\u0131l olmu\u015ftur. S\u00f6z konusu define arama izniyle ilgili olarak; 14.11.2019 tarihli bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda da zikredildi\u011fi \u00fczere; Trabzon K\u00fclt\u00fcr Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 Koruma B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce, kaz\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edilen alan\u0131n do\u011fal ve tarihi sit alanlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130lgili kurumlar\u0131n; belirtilen alan\u0131n tarihi, arkeolojik ve do\u011fal sit d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu \u00e7er\u00e7evesindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri akabinde, define aranacak yerin, 2863 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunun 6. maddesinde belirtilen yerler ile tespit ve tescil edilen sit alanlar\u0131 ve mezarl\u0131klar i\u00e7inde olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, define aranmas\u0131nda sak\u0131nca bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususlar\u0131nda arkeolog ve uzman taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan tespit akabinde ilgili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7e Define Arama Ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Define Arama Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin 9. maddesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tespit yapan ve bu tespiti uygun bularak define arama ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenleyenler hakk\u0131nda; mevzuat kriterlerine uygunluk tespiti ve kaz\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131nda herhangi bir sak\u0131nca olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair d\u00fczenlenen raporun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131ndaki \u00f6zensizlik ve ruhsat d\u00fczenlenmesi nedenleriyle Valili\u011fimizce ve \u0130lgili Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r” denildi.<\/p>\n
G\u00f6l\u00fcn rehabilitasyonunun sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in akademisyenler ve teknik elemanlarla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi i\u00e7erisinde planlamalar yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 da belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flanarak gerekli d\u00fczenlemelerin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
