YTB taraf\u0131ndan karde\u015f topluluklara mensup gen\u00e7lerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkelerin sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fam\u0131na aktif olarak kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u2018Gelecek Nesil Akademisi\u2019 program\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi. Gelecek Nesil Akademisi; karde\u015f topluluklara mensup gen\u00e7lerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkelerin sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fam\u0131na aktif olarak kat\u0131labilmeleri, kazand\u0131klar\u0131 bilgi ve yetkinliklerini hem ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkeler hem de anavatanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanabilmeleri, gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar\u0131n do\u011fru y\u00f6nlendirilmesi ve bilgi birimlerinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile yak\u0131ndan ilgili. YTB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah Eren burada bir konu\u015fma yaparak, \u2018Gelecek Nesil Akademisi\u2019nin \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u2018Gelecek Nesil \u2018 program\u0131 kendilerine faydal\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Mohammed Ben Ayub, \u201cGelecek nesil nas\u0131l olacak diye konu\u015fuyoruz. Eski tarihleri anlat\u0131p, kendimiz hakk\u0131nda bilgiler al\u0131yoruz. Biz \u00f6nce tarihi bilece\u011fiz sonra kendimizi biliriz. Biz tarihimizi bilirsek, gelece\u011fi daha iyi anlat\u0131r ve biliriz. Biz tarihleri anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerde hangi sorunlar var onlar hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fuyoruz. Daha sonras\u0131nda biz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tarihine bak\u0131p, bizimle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 var m\u0131 onlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenece\u011fiz. 16 – 24 Kas\u0131m tarihleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan programa 210 ki\u015fi ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar hepsi lisans mezunu olup a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak sosyal bilimler alan\u0131nda e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Programa 19 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkeden Rohingya, Filipinler Bangsamoro, Hindistan, Tayland, Endonezya ve di\u011fer karde\u015f topluluklara mensup 40 gen\u00e7 kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131ma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek olan gen\u00e7ler, T\u00fcrkiye ile birlikte ABD, Kanada, Avustralya, Japonya ve \u0130sve\u00e7 gibi \u00fclkelerden gelen, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkelerde aktif faaliyet g\u00f6steren gen\u00e7lerden olu\u015fuyor.
