\u015eubat 1920\u2019de Ermeni kumandan\u0131 Baratof\u2019un mezaliminden ka\u00e7arak K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7atma k\u00f6y\u00fcne s\u0131\u011f\u0131nan \u00e7o\u011fu \u00e7ocuk ve kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fan 178 ki\u015fi, Ermeni Ta\u015fnak \u00e7etecileri taraf\u0131ndan bir samanl\u0131\u011fa doldurularak katledildi. \u015eehit edilen 178 ki\u015fi an\u0131s\u0131na K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7atma k\u00f6yl\u00fcleri taraf\u0131ndan bu alan mezarl\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve 16×7 metre b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki \u015fehitlik alan\u0131 i\u00e7erisine 9 adet \u015fahide ta\u015f\u0131 ile 1 adet Hicri 1334 tarihli Osmanl\u0131ca yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir kitabe konularak koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde herhangi bir \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmayan \u015fehitli\u011fin son hali g\u00f6renleri \u00fcz\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
\u015eehitli\u011fin hemen yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ikamet etti\u011fini Hediye Avc\u0131o\u011fullar\u0131, Ermenilerin samanl\u0131\u011fa doldurdu\u011fu T\u00fcrkleri katletti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
