Konuya ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan Alt\u0131n Emlak Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa Hakan \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131 \u201cYetki belgesi olmayan emlak i\u015fletmeleri ta\u015f\u0131nmaz ticaretine ili\u015fkin arac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerinde bulunamayacaklar.
