Ata\u015fehir\u2019de 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r devam eden imar sorunu nihayet \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc. Bir taraf\u0131nda devasa g\u00f6kdelenlerin, bir tarafta ise gecekondular\u0131n bulundu\u011fu Barbaros Mahallesi\u2019nin son hali havadan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi.<\/p>\n

Ata\u015fehir il\u00e7esinin y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemeyen sorunu olan imar problemi sonunda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015ftu. Sancaktepe Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve AK Parti Ata\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan aday\u0131 \u0130smail Erdem, Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc Yenisahra ve Barbaros mahallelerinin imar planlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcjdesini verdi. Barbaros Mahallesi\u2019ni gezerek halka imar m\u00fcjdesi veren Ba\u015fkan Erdem, \u201cYenisahra ve Barbaros Mahallemizin 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r beklenen 1\/5000\u2019lik ve 1\/1000\u2019lik imar planlar\u0131n\u0131 Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyemizin meclisinden ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. B\u00f6lgemiz y\u0131llard\u0131r ihmal edilmi\u015f ve son 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f. Bizler, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye \u0130mar Komisyonumuz ile beraber \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerimizi yapt\u0131k. Arkas\u0131ndan da \u0130mar Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Planlama M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile beraber son 25 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr yo\u011fun \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak bug\u00fcnk\u00fc meclisin g\u00fcndemine ald\u0131rd\u0131k. Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc Yenisahra ve Barbaros Mahallemizin 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r beklenen imarlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olacak in\u015fallah, Ata\u015fehirimize hay\u0131rl\u0131 olsun\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
