Sivillerin kurdu\u011fu kampta ya\u015fayan 5 bin ki\u015fi, olas\u0131 \u015fiddetli ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar sonucu sel sular\u0131n\u0131n kamp\u0131 vurabilece\u011fi konusunda yetkililere sesleniyor. Tel R\u0131fat\u2019ta ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc PKK\/YPG\u2019den ka\u00e7arak y\u0131llar \u00f6nce bu kampa s\u0131\u011f\u0131nan siviller \u00e7ad\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n ve alt yap\u0131n\u0131n yetersiz olmas\u0131 nedeniyle endi\u015feli g\u00fcnler ge\u00e7iriyor.
