Ya\u011fl\u0131 tohumlardan ise ceviz, f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem \u00e7i\u011f olmalar\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla abartmadan g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisine yayarak t\u00fcketmek, bu hastal\u0131kta gayet verimli sonu\u00e7 almam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u00d6nemli konulardan birisi de glisemik indeks. Polikistik over ile ins\u00fclin direncinin ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftik. Bunlar\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck glisemik indeksli yiyecekleri tercih etmemiz gerekiyor. Glisemik indeks demek, bir besinin kan \u015fekerini ne kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 ve ne kadar y\u00fckseltti\u011fini g\u00f6steren de\u011feridir.
