D\u00fczce Bat\u0131 Karadeniz Afet B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc depolar\u0131nda bulunan bin ki\u015fi kapasiteli 120 \u00e7ad\u0131r t\u0131rlara y\u00fcklendi ve yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrk K\u0131z\u0131lay Bat\u0131 Karadeniz Afet B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Zafer Kamber, yard\u0131m t\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cD\u00fcn gece 03.53 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Arnavutluk\u2019un Tiran Ba\u015fkentine 34 kilometre kuzeybat\u0131s\u0131nda D\u0131ra\u00e7 kentinde ya\u015fanan bir deprem meydana geldi. Deprem haberini al\u0131r almaz, Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n talimatlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerimiz teyakkuz haline ge\u00e7ti.
