Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alinur Akta\u015f\u2019\u0131n se\u00e7im vaatlerinde aras\u0131nda yer alan tarih\u00ee \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131 ve hanlar b\u00f6lgesinin \u00e7evresinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ilk m\u00fcjdeli haber \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum\u2019dan gelmi\u015fti. \u0130ki hafta \u00f6nceki Bursa ziyareti s\u0131ras\u0131nda, Ulu Cami ve etraf\u0131ndaki hanlar b\u00f6lgesinde tarih\u00ee silueti bozan yap\u0131lar\u0131n kamula\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatacaklar\u0131n\u0131 duyuran Bakan Kurum, etaplar halinde 430 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131 yenileyip, restorasyonlar\u0131 yap\u0131p, tarihi binalar\u0131 g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karacaklar\u0131n\u0131, \u0130pek Han\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7indeki iyile\u015ftirmeler, Ertu\u011frulbey Meydan Projesi, Koza Han i\u00e7 avlu d\u00fczenlemesi, cephe sa\u011fl\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rma, ayd\u0131nlatma projeleri ve kald\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131yla 150 milyon liral\u0131k bir maliyet \u00f6n g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bursa\u2019n\u0131n vitri olan \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131 ve hanlar b\u00f6lgesini d\u00fcnya vitrinine \u00e7\u0131karak projeyle ilgili olarak B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi de \u00f6nemli bir karara imza att\u0131. B\u00f6lgeyi asl\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fcrecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara h\u0131z katacak karar, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisi\u2019nin kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ikinci oturumunda al\u0131nd\u0131. Al\u0131nan karara g\u00f6re, tarihi hanlar ve \u00e7evresine ili\u015fkin b\u00f6lgenin tarihi karakterine uygun fonksiyonel canland\u0131rman\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki projeler do\u011frultusunda, Pirin\u00e7 Han, \u0130pek Han ve Bak\u0131rc\u0131lar \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131s\u0131 B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc imar uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131na oy birli\u011fiyle karar verdi.<\/p>\n
