Yalova ili Armutlu il\u00e7esinde in\u015faat yapan m\u00fcteahhitlerin bir araya gelerek kurmu\u015f olduklar\u0131 Armutlu M\u00fcteahhitler Derne\u011fi\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na Yalova Valisi Muammer Erol, Yalova Milletvekili \u00d6zcan \u00d6zel, Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130rfan Demir\u00f6z, \u0130l Genel Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hasan Soyg\u00fczel, Esenk\u00f6y Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Temel, Yalova Ticaret Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tahsin Becen, siyasi parti temsilcileri, STK temsilcileri, meclis \u00fcyeleri, i\u015f insanlar\u0131 ve il\u00e7e halk\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rkemli bir programla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Armutlu M\u00fcteahhitler Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim \u00d6zkol a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda dernek faaliyetlerini hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi. \u00d6zkol, “Armutlu il\u00e7emizde dernek \u00fcyelerimizin t\u00fcm \u015fantiyelerinde ortalama bin ki\u015fiye i\u015f vermekteyiz. Ailelerini de baz ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman ortalama 3-5 bin ki\u015fiye istihdam sa\u011flamaktay\u0131z” dedi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zkol konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda, “Yalova depreminde y\u00fcre\u011fimiz yand\u0131. O g\u00fcnleri Allah bizlere bir daha ya\u015fatmas\u0131n. Yalova depreminden hi\u00e7 etkilenmeyen bir il\u00e7edir Armutlu. \u0130l\u00e7emiz zemini sa\u011flam bir yer olmakla beraber, Yalova depreminden eski yap\u0131lar dahi y\u0131k\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olup depremden etkilenmemi\u015ftir. Hala il\u00e7emizde 30-40 y\u0131ll\u0131k yap\u0131lar bulunmaktad\u0131r\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zellikle in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 0,99 oran\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckten sonra b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sekt\u00f6rde hareketlilik ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zkol, “\u00dclkemizin en \u00f6nemli dinamiklerinden olan in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn daha da canl\u0131 ve eski g\u00fcnlerine d\u00f6nmesi i\u00e7in sekt\u00f6rde i\u015f adamlar\u0131 ve konut alacak vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n beklentisi 0,90 oran\u0131n alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi beklentisi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
