G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kullan\u0131lan ila\u00e7lar sayesinde evlenmesinde, \u00e7ocuk sahibi olmas\u0131nda, i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131nda t\u0131bben ve hukuken bir engeli bulunmayan HIV pozitif bireyler, damgalanma, \u00f6n yarg\u0131 gibi nedenlerle sosyal ya\u015famdan uzakla\u015fabiliyor. HIV pozitif ki\u015filerin te\u015fhis sonras\u0131 i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n incelendi\u011fi akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, bu ki\u015filerin tan\u0131 ve takip s\u00fcrecinde kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nan sosyoekonomik ve demografik verileri de de\u011ferlendirildi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 87\u2019si erkek, y\u00fczde 13\u2019\u00fc kad\u0131n bireylerden olu\u015ftu. Y\u00fczde 27\u2019si \u00fcniversite mezunu, y\u00fczde 35\u2019i lise, y\u00fczde 38\u2019i ise ilkokul ve ortaokul mezunu olan HIV pozitif bireylerin y\u00fczde 72\u2019si bekar oldu\u011funu beyan etti. Tan\u0131 an\u0131nda, ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50\u2019sinin i\u015fsiz; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ise \u00e7o\u011funun gelir d\u00fczeyi asgari \u00fccret ve alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n dikkat \u00e7eken sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri de y\u00fcksek gelire sahip olan HIV pozitif bireylerin, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131lma oranlar\u0131n\u0131n daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelire sahip olanlara k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n
Sa\u011fl\u0131k ekonomisi alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapan Ya\u015far \u00dcniversitesi Ekonomi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Durmu\u015f \u00d6zdemir, \u201cEkonomik durumu k\u00f6t\u00fc olan HIV pozitif gen\u00e7ler i\u015f bulamad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi mevcut i\u015flerini de kaybediyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin HIV pozitif te\u015fhisi konulan bireylerin y\u00fczde 30\u2019u te\u015fhis sonras\u0131 i\u015fini kaybetmi\u015f. Ayr\u0131ca ya\u015f artt\u0131k\u00e7a HIV pozitif bireylerin i\u015f bulma oranlar\u0131 daha da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. HIV pozitif bireyleri t\u0131bbi anlamda kontrol edebilmek olduk\u00e7a kolay. Zaten bu ki\u015filerin ila\u00e7lar\u0131 devlet taraf\u0131ndan \u00fccretsiz bir \u015fekilde temin ediliyor. Ancak \u00e7ok bariz bir damgalanma sorunu ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. \u0130\u015f bulamamak ve d\u0131\u015flanmak bu ki\u015fileri toplumdan daha da uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.
