U\u015fak \u0130yi Parti \u0130l Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, U\u015fak Belediyesi\u2019nin bir ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131ndan, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2018 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar olan s\u00fcrede toplam 4 milyon 60 bin ton asfalt malzemesi sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek belediye hakk\u0131nda savc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu.<\/p>\n
\u0130yi Parti \u0130l Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 binas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na parti y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri ve partinin il genel meclisi \u00fcyeleri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130yi Parti U\u015fak \u0130li Merkez \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Sava\u015f taraf\u0131ndan grup ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, \u201cUla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilgilere g\u00f6re U\u015fak Belediyesi \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemde, U\u015fak ili Sivasl\u0131 il\u00e7esi P\u0131narba\u015f\u0131 kasabas\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulunan bir ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131ndan son derece \u015f\u00fcpheli malzeme al\u0131mlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu al\u0131mlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 belediyenin kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Son derece \u015faibeli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u015flemleri k\u0131saca \u00f6zetlemek istiyoruz. \u0130lgili ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131nda asfalt malzemesi olarak kullan\u0131lan ve halk aras\u0131nda “m\u0131c\u0131r” olarak bilinen “agrega” \u00fcretimi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu ta\u015foca\u011f\u0131, U\u015fak Belediyesi \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nem g\u00f6reve geldikten k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sat\u0131n alan da U\u015fak \u00e7ap\u0131nda belediyenin o d\u00f6nemde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm \u015faibeli i\u015flerin merkezinde bulunan UTA\u015e \u015firketinin ta kendisidir. Bu sat\u0131\u015f i\u015fleminden sonra ilgili ta\u015foca\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretti\u011fi t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc belediyeye satm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde ifadelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca bu kadar sat\u0131n al\u0131nan malzeme nerenin yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Sonu\u00e7 itibariyle belediyenin harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her bir kuru\u015f bizim vergilerimizle finanse edilmektedir.
