Konu ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan \u0130neg\u00f6l Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (\u0130TSO) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yavuz U\u011furda\u011f, \u201cKarayolu ta\u015f\u0131ma y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131na dair y\u00f6netmelik, Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi. Uluslararas\u0131 ve yurt i\u00e7i e\u015fya ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapacaklara verilen C t\u00fcr\u00fc yetki belgesi sahiplerinin ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 gereken \u015fartlarda de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidildi.
