Rusya Acil Durumlar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada Rusya\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 Tataristan\u2019da bulunan Transneft PJSC petrol \u015firketine ait tesiste bulunan bir tankerde patlama meydana geldi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Sabah saatlerinde m\u00fcteahhit \u015firketin tankerin at\u0131k temizli\u011fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir parlama olu\u015fmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 patlaman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi ve 20 bin metrek\u00fcp hacme sahip tankerde patlama ile birlikte yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
