T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikas\u0131 (MESS) aras\u0131nda 130 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ilgilendiren toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde anla\u015fma sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in uyu\u015fmazl\u0131k tutana\u011f\u0131 tutuldu.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131\u2019ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, 7 Ekim\u2019de ba\u015flayan s\u00f6zle\u015fme m\u00fcz\u00e2kerelerinin son oturumunun MESS Genel Merkezinde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Toplant\u0131da MESS\u2019in \u2018kabul edilemeyecek\u2019 bir \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 teklifinde bulundu\u011fu ifade edilen yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cMESS, sendikam\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 26,28\u2019lik \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 teklifine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ilk 6 ay i\u00e7in 1 Mart 2019 – 31 A\u011fustos 2019 aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen enflasyon oran\u0131nda yani y\u00fczde 6,05 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f teklif etti. Di\u011fer alt\u0131 aylarda ve sosyal haklarda ise y\u0131ll\u0131k enflasyon oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f teklif edilmi\u015ftir. \u00dccret ve sosyal haklara ili\u015fkin bu teklifler heyetimizce reddedilmi\u015ftir. Gece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tazminat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 15\u2019e y\u00fckseltilmesi talebimizi kabul etmeyen MESS, bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019da kalmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir. Heyetimiz ise y\u00fczde 15\u2019lik talebinde \u0131srar etmi\u015ftir\u2019\u2019 denildi.<\/p>\n
MESS\u2019in, sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n asla kabul etmeyece\u011fi \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi teklifinde de \u0131srarc\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cMESS\u2019in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 \u2019bir lokma, bir h\u0131rkaya\u2019 mahkum eden tavr\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmeyen T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131, sergilenen bu uzla\u015fmaz tutum sebebiyle s\u00f6zle\u015fme masas\u0131n\u0131 terk etmi\u015f, uyu\u015fmazl\u0131k tutana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tutarak arabulucu s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dcyelerimizin sendikam\u0131za emanet etti\u011fi al\u0131n terlerine halel getirmemeye, eme\u011fin hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda adaletten taviz vermemeye kararl\u0131y\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
