K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n t\u00fcketilen \u00e7aylar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcketim s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve pi\u015firme y\u00f6nteminin sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, bitkinin odun ve k\u00f6k k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n pi\u015firildi\u011fi zaman kaynat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, bitkinin yaprak veya \u00e7i\u00e7ek k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman da ise demleyerek yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu \u00e7aylar\u0131 g\u00fcnde 1-2 defa t\u00fcketmeliyiz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015f mevsiminde daha \u00e7ok k\u0131\u015f \u00e7aylar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketmeye ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, \u201cAkl\u0131m\u0131za \u0131hlamur, ku\u015fburnu, rezene, ada \u00e7ay\u0131 gibi \u00e7aylar geliyor. Bu \u00e7aylar\u0131 g\u00fcnde 1-2 defa t\u00fcketmeliyiz. Genelde \u0131hlamur ve ku\u015fburnu \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131 kaynatt\u0131ktan sonra 10-15 dakikal\u0131k demleme s\u00fcresi ekleriz. Tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 yap\u0131yorsak e\u011fer \u015feker eklemememiz gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7ay\u0131n etkinli\u011fini azalt\u0131yor. \u015eeker yerine bal ekleyebiliriz. Ama bal\u0131 40 derece ve alt\u0131nda ekleyelim ki kanserojen etki olu\u015fturmas\u0131n. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re bal\u0131n, \u00e7ay\u0131n etkinli\u011fini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. \u00c7ay\u0131m\u0131za bir tatl\u0131 ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 bal da ekleyebiliriz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130\u00e7ti\u011fimiz \u00e7ay kadar su t\u00fcketmemiz gerekiyor&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7ilen \u00e7ay kadar su t\u00fcketmeye dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, \u201c\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc havalar\u0131n so\u011fumas\u0131yla beraber su t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131yoruz. Bu durumda v\u00fccudumuzdan su olarak at\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu y\u00fczden i\u00e7ti\u011fimiz \u00e7ay kadar su t\u00fcketmemiz gerekiyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015f \u00e7aylar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnekte bulunan K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, ku\u015fburnu \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131n tatl\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 gidermek isteyenlerin tercih edebildi\u011fini belirterek,  \u201cElma ve tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 kaynatt\u0131ktan sonra kaynayan suyu al\u0131yoruz. Ku\u015fburnuna ekleyip 5-10 dakika demliyoruz. Daha sonra tercihe g\u00f6re bal eklenebilir. Ku\u015fburnu E ve C vitaminlerinden y\u00fcksektir ve antioksidan i\u00e7ermektedir. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimiz bu \u015fekilde hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu etki sa\u011flar\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Ihlamur i\u00e7eren bir di\u011fer \u00e7ay\u0131n \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fc\u011fe iyi geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, \u201cBu \u00e7ay\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u0131hlamur, limon, karabiber ve bal bulunuyor. \u00d6zellikle \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fc\u011fe iyi gelen bu \u00e7ay, tahri\u015fi engelliyor. C vitamini y\u00fcksek olan meyveleri kullanabiliriz. C vitamini i\u00e7erir. \u0130drar artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bile\u015fenleri sayesinde b\u00f6brek ta\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Ku\u015fburnu, C vitamininden zengin oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in C vitamini eksikli\u011finde i\u00e7ilebilir. Elma ve tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 kaynat\u0131n. 2 gram par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f ku\u015fburnu \u00fczerine ekleyip 10-15 dakika demleyin.
