Sivastopol \u015fehrinin da\u011flar\u0131nda bulunan petrol deposu kayal\u0131k bir alan\u0131n 30 metrelik derinli\u011finde bulunuyor. Yer alt\u0131 tank\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 32 metre olarak planlan\u0131rken deponun uzunlu\u011fu 350 metre olarak in\u015fa edildi. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n 1 numaral\u0131 askeri Karadeniz filosuna yak\u0131t deste\u011fi sa\u011flayacak olan depodan ayn\u0131 alana 4 adet in\u015fa edildi.
