En son May\u0131s 2015 tarihinde mavi yakal\u0131 personelin zam eylemleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yabanc\u0131 ajanslar\u0131n da g\u00fcnlerce ilk haberi olan TOFA\u015e\u2019ta yine i\u015f\u00e7i protestolar\u0131 ya\u015fanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131 Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Pevrul Kavrak\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrk Metal Sanayicileri Sendikas\u0131 (MESS) ile y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler 130 bin ki\u015fiyi ilgilendirirken, T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczde 26.28\u2019lik zam talebine kar\u015f\u0131 MESS\u2019in y\u00fczde 6.05\u2019lik zam teklif etmesi TOFA\u015e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden eylem yapmas\u0131na sebep oldu. D\u00fcn fabrika i\u00e7inde ba\u015flayan eylemlerle ilgili konu\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7iler, \u201cMay\u0131s 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda TOFA\u015e i\u00e7inde ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zam eylemleri de b\u00f6yle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, sonras\u0131nda bir \u00e7\u0131\u011f gibi b\u00fcy\u00fcyen eylemlerimizi T\u00fcrkiye olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya ajanslar\u0131 g\u00fcnlerce ilk haber olarak yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bizler \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken adeta zamanla yar\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.
