H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 Komite Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda geleneksel T\u00fcrk ok\u00e7ulu\u011fu, Somut Olmayan K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Miras Temsili Listesi\u2019ne kaydedilerek insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak miras\u0131 ilan edildi.<\/p>\n
K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, somut olmayan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n UNESCO arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak miras\u0131 olmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye devam ediyor. Bu kapsamda haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 tamamlanarak UNESCO\u2019ya sunulan geleneksel T\u00fcrk ok\u00e7ulu\u011fu dosyas\u0131, Kolombiya\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Bogota\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen UNESCO 14. H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 Komite Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc. Ok\u00e7ulu\u011fu anlatan tan\u0131t\u0131m filminin de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve E\u011fitim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce haz\u0131rlanan geleneksel T\u00fcrk ok\u00e7ulu\u011fu dosyas\u0131 UNESCO De\u011ferlendirme Organ\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6rnek dosya olarak g\u00f6sterilerek, tebrik edildi. 178 \u00fclkenin taraf oldu\u011fu UNESCO Somut Olmayan K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Miras S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye ad\u0131na Somut Olmayan K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Miras Temsili Listesi\u2019ne kaydedilen unsur say\u0131s\u0131, geleneksel T\u00fcrk ok\u00e7ulu\u011funun da ilan\u0131yla 18\u2019e y\u00fckseldi. T\u00fcrkiye b\u00f6ylelikle temsili listelere en \u00e7ok unsur kaydettiren ilk 5 \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki yerini korudu.<\/p>\n
Geleneksel T\u00fcrk ok\u00e7ulu\u011fu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen geleneksel ok\u00e7uluk sporu etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen, y\u00fczy\u0131llar i\u00e7inde belirlenmi\u015f ilkeleri, kurallar\u0131, rit\u00fcelleri ve toplumsal uygulamalar\u0131, geleneksel zanaatk\u00e2rl\u0131kla \u00fcretilen ekipmanlar\u0131, ok\u00e7uluk disiplinleri ve at\u0131\u015f tekniklerini bar\u0131nd\u0131ran somut olmayan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras unsuru olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Yaya ve atl\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen farkl\u0131 disiplinleri bulunan geleneksel T\u00fcrk ok\u00e7ulu\u011funun icras\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlar; malzeme bilgisi, beceri, sab\u0131r ve ustal\u0131k gerektiren bir zanaatkarl\u0131kla \u00fcretiliyor.
