Samsun \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan, Meteoroloji 10. B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile hayata ge\u00e7irilen \u201cAtmosfere Dokunuyoruz\u201d projesi tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131 Meteoroloji M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc binas\u0131nda Samsun Valisi Osman Kaymak ve protokol \u00fcyelerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130lk olarak protokol konu\u015fmalar\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ilk konu\u015fmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Samsun \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Co\u015fkun Esen, “Bug\u00fcne kadar oldu\u011fu gibi Samsun \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak yine farkl\u0131 bir proje ve farkl\u0131 bir dokunu\u015f ile \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yoruz. Vizyon belgemizin en \u00f6nemli yanlar\u0131ndan bir tanesi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de nitelik e\u011fitimi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak ve nitelikli e\u011fitimi kurgulamak i\u00e7indir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla e\u011fitimin daha nitelikli hale gelebilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm e\u011fitim ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitime a\u00e7\u0131k hale gelmesi okulun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ki di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frenme alanlar\u0131nda bir \u00f6\u011frenme alan\u0131 haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bu zamana kadar tam da bu amaca uygun projeler \u00fcrettik” dedi.<\/p>\n
Meteoroloji 10. B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Y\u00fccel Y\u00fcce ise, “S\u0131n\u0131f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim teknikleri kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizin \u00fcretme tekni\u011fini kullanmas\u0131 gerekse \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin kapal\u0131 bir mekandan ziyade derslerinde g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olduklar\u0131 bu bilimsel konuyu bizzat uygulamal\u0131 olarak mekan\u0131nda uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan anlat\u0131lmas\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemli bir durumdur” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Son gelinen noktada ezberci e\u011fitimden uzakla\u015fal\u0131m, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n uygulayarak sahada e\u011fitim g\u00f6rerek \u00f6\u011frenmenin kal\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funa uzmanlar karar vermi\u015fler. Bu y\u00fczden Samsun\u2019da o \u00e7er\u00e7evede e\u011fitimler yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bizler hep hava olaylar\u0131 merak ederiz. Nas\u0131l oluyor da meteoroloji hava olaylar\u0131n\u0131 tahmin edebiliyor, yar\u0131n ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu nereden biliyor diye merak ederiz. Bu olay\u0131 ezbere bilmekten ziyade ben sizinle birlikte bu derslere kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldum. Ben projenin \u00e7ok yararl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorum. Biz insan olarak bir \u015feyi kitaptan okuyunca ezbere unutuyoruz. Dokununca uygulamal\u0131 olunca art\u0131k unutmay\u0131z. Bilgi kuvvettir. Tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Vali Kaymak ve beraberindekiler, Canik Fatih Ortaokulu \u00f6\u011frencileri ile birlikte meteoroloji hava tahmin balonunu u\u00e7urdu. Samsun \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc AR-GE ekibi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan hava olaylar\u0131 oyunu Vali Kaymak ve \u00f6\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131larak e\u011flenceli anlara sahne oldu.
