Cezaevlerinin fiziki ko\u015fullar\u0131yla birlikte, i\u015f yurtlar\u0131 at\u00f6lyelerinde de incelemelerde bulunan \u015een, bilgi ald\u0131. Cezaevlerinin \u0131slah \u00f6zelli\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken \u015een, \u201cH\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcn\u00fcn cezaevinden cezas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmi\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra rehabilite olmu\u015f olarak \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Mevcut durumda E Tipi Kapal\u0131 Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumumuzda, konfeksiyon, f\u0131r\u0131n, tekstil, tar\u0131m gibi 21 ayr\u0131 i\u015f kolunda 330 h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Net kar\u0131m\u0131z 4 milyon 885 bin TL\u2019dir.
