Kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemizde de \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenleri aras\u0131nda ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Havan\u0131n so\u011fudu\u011fu k\u0131\u015f mevsiminde ise kalp krizi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131yor. Ac\u0131badem Eski\u015fehir Hastanesi Kardiyoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Alparslan Birdane, \u201cBu s\u0131kl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlarda, hipertansiyon ve diyabet hastalar\u0131nda, kolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011fi olanlarda, ya\u015fl\u0131larda ve hareketsiz bir hayat tarz\u0131na sahip ki\u015filerde g\u00f6r\u00fclebildi\u011fi gibi hi\u00e7bir kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan bireylerde de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor\u201d diye belirterek k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na koruman\u0131n 5 \u00f6nemli yolunu payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>So\u011fuk hava kalbin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131r\u0131yor<\/p>\n<p>So\u011fuk hava damarlar\u0131n daralmas\u0131n\u0131 ve b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015fmesini art\u0131r\u0131yor, bunun sonucunda kalp damarlar\u0131n\u0131n gev\u015femesini olumsuz etkiliyor. Kandaki oksijen miktar\u0131 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de kalp daha fazla eforla v\u00fccuda kan pompalamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve bu da kalbin y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131r\u0131yor. Nab\u0131z say\u0131s\u0131nda ve kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 de\u011ferlerinde y\u00fckselme g\u00f6zleniyor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131k ayr\u0131ca damar i\u00e7inde ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltarak p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fma e\u011filimini de art\u0131r\u0131yor. Kalbin \u00fczerinde bulunan ve kalbi besleyen koroner damarlarda da b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015fmelerden nasibini al\u0131yor ve b\u00f6ylece k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda kalp krizi riski y\u00fczde 30 ila 40 oran\u0131nda art\u0131yor. Yine koroner arter hastalar\u0131nda so\u011fuk havalarda g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 (anjina) \u015fik\u00e2yetlerinin daha \u00e7ok artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinen bir di\u011fer noktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Alparslan Birdane, \u201cSo\u011fuk havan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra k\u0131\u015f mevsiminde kirli hava oran\u0131 art\u0131yor. Kapal\u0131 alanlarda daha \u00e7ok vakit ge\u00e7iriyoruz, bu da daha fazla enfeksiyon riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olmam\u0131z demek. Ayr\u0131ca atmosferik bas\u0131nc\u0131n ve g\u00fcne\u015fli s\u00fcrenin daha az olmas\u0131, hareketsizlik, kilo alma, depresif ortam ve duygusal stres gibi fakt\u00f6rler kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltiyor. \u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda \u015fiddetli r\u00fczg\u00e2ra kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcmek, yo\u011fun kar ve ya\u011fmur alt\u0131nda kalmak ve so\u011fukta uzun s\u00fcre kar k\u00fcremek gibi aktivitelerin de kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkiliyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u0131\u015far\u0131da egzersizden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenli egzersiz yapmak normal \u015fartlarda hem kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hem de t\u00fcm organlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve duygu durumumuzu olumlu etkiliyor. Kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 hik\u00e2yesi olsun olmas\u0131n so\u011fuk havada yap\u0131lacak ani ve yo\u011fun sporlar\u0131n ise kalp krizi ve ani \u00f6l\u00fcm riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ektir. Bu nedenle g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde havan\u0131n daha so\u011fuk oldu\u011fu sabah erken ve ak\u015fam saatlerinde d\u0131\u015far\u0131da uzun s\u00fcre dola\u015fmaktan ve spor yapmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nman\u0131z gerekiyor. Egzersiz yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z zaman da so\u011fuk havaya uygun k\u0131yafetler se\u00e7meniz, ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce mutlaka \u0131s\u0131nma hareketleri yapman\u0131z ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kal\u0131nan s\u00fcreyi s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rman\u0131z \u015fart. D\u0131\u015far\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda iseniz i\u015flerinizi s\u0131k aral\u0131klarla mola vererek yapman\u0131z \u00f6neriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 dar k\u0131yafetlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>Birdane, &#8220;Yeni kalp krizi ge\u00e7irmi\u015f olanlar ve kalp krizi ge\u00e7irme riski y\u00fcksek olanlar so\u011fuk havaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktan m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n. Gerekliyse sadece k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli olarak d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n; \u00f6zellikle ba\u015f, boyun ve ellerinizi de so\u011fuktan koruyacak \u015fekilde t\u00fcm v\u00fccut s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 muhafaza eden giysiler kullan\u0131n. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 so\u011fuk havay\u0131 do\u011frudan solumamak i\u00e7in a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 atk\u0131yla \u00f6rt\u00fcn ve bunun \u00fczerinden havay\u0131 burundan \u0131s\u0131tarak teneff\u00fcs edin. Kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 dar ve s\u0131k\u0131 k\u0131yafetler kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca v\u00fccudun nefes almas\u0131na imk\u00e2n verecek emici \u00f6zellikte ve birka\u00e7 kat olacak \u015fekilde giyinilmeli. Bu t\u00fcr hastalar\u0131n ancak doktorlar\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131ndan sonra ve tercihen kapal\u0131 spor salonunda, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse de g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde havan\u0131n nispeten daha s\u0131cak oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011flen saatlerinde 30-45 dakikal\u0131k y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyor. Yetersiz s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uyuma, sosyal yaln\u0131zl\u0131k, ac\u0131kmadan yemek yeme, s\u0131k abur cubur at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma gibi tablolar da bu hastalar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle dikkat etmeleri gereken unsurlar aras\u0131nda&#8221; diye belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Daha hareketsiz kalacaksan\u0131z daha az kalori al\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck aktivite ve hareket oran\u0131 yaz aylar\u0131na g\u00f6re do\u011fal olarak azal\u0131yor. Beslenme d\u00fczeninin buna uygun \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmemesi ise ciddi risk yarat\u0131yor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck diyetin porsiyonlar azalt\u0131lacak \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilip kalori oran\u0131n\u0131n ayarlanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Beslenme d\u00fczeninde tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler, mevsime uygun sebze meyveler, bal\u0131k, \u00e7orba ve s\u0131cak i\u00e7ecekler ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenleyici yiyecekleri tercih etmeniz; karbonhidrattan zengin tatl\u0131 ve hamur i\u015fi t\u00fcr\u00fc yiyeceklerle, ya\u011fl\u0131 ve tuzlu g\u0131dalar\u0131 azalt\u0131lman\u0131z, kafeinli i\u00e7eceklerden ise uzak durman\u0131z gerekiyor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131, kilo takibi ve varsa ila\u00e7lar\u0131n d\u00fczenli kullan\u0131m\u0131 da bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli nokta. A\u011f\u0131r bir yemek sonras\u0131 so\u011fuk havada egzersiz yapmaktan ise kesinlikle ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>Hijyene azami \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dikkat edin<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Alparslan Birdane, k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131 s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan el y\u0131kama gibi temel hijyen kurallar\u0131na dikkat edilmesi, \u00f6zellikle kalp hastalar\u0131 ve risk alt\u0131ndaki gruplar\u0131n kalabal\u0131k yerlerde bulunmamalar\u0131, bulunmalar\u0131 gerekiyorsa da maske takmalar\u0131 \u00f6nerdi. Birdane, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle kalp yetersizli\u011fi durumunda herhangi bir enfeksiyon tabloyu daha da a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131na ait baz\u0131 \u015fik\u00e2yet ve bulgular, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131na ait baz\u0131 bulgularla benzer. Bu nedenle kesinlikle ihmal edilmeden, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olabilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek mutlaka doktora ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131. Baz\u0131 antigribal ila\u00e7lar\u0131n kalp hastalar\u0131nda tansiyon ve nab\u0131z anormalliklerine neden olabilece\u011finden dikkatli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Enfeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in a\u015f\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011fini kullan\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda enfeksiyon a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk alt\u0131ndaki bireylerin doktor tavsiyesiyle grip (influenza) ve zat\u00fcrre (pn\u00f6mokok) a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 da kalp hastalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131\u015f\u0131 daha risksiz ve rahat ge\u00e7irmesi ad\u0131na bir di\u011fer kritik \u00f6nlem.<\/p>\n<p>Bu belirtilerde zaman kaybetmeyin<\/p>\n<p>So\u011fuk hava dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, bask\u0131 hissi, bo\u011fazda, kolda ve s\u0131rtta a\u011fr\u0131, nefes darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, terleme, halsizlik gibi belirtiler s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. Ek olarak tansiyon de\u011ferlerinde ani y\u00fckselmeler ve ritim bozukluklar\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor.
