Yeni ebeveyn olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla daha \u00e7ok vakit ge\u00e7irme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunarak destek olmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u015firket, faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00fclkelerde t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na 16 hafta tam \u00fccretli ebeveyn izni verecek. E\u015fi do\u011fum yapan veya evlat edinerek ebeveyn olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, ilk 18 ay i\u00e7inde, istedikleri bir tarih aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 16 haftaya kadar \u00fccretli izin kullanabilecek. Grubun yeni uygulamas\u0131, ilk kez Vodafone T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilecek.
