Ba\u015fkan Salih Zeki Murzio\u011flu, 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019yla getirilen y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler sebebiyle, ileride olu\u015fabilecek ma\u011fduriyetlere meydan verilmemesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, \u00f6zellikle Veri Sorumlular\u0131 Sicil Bilgi Sistemi\u2019ne kay\u0131t y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile, bu y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerine getirilmemesi halinde olabilecek cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar ve veri sorumlular\u0131na getirilen di\u011fer y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler konular\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu.<\/p>\n

Ki\u015fisel veri i\u015flemekte olan ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin VERB\u0130S\u2019e kay\u0131t olmak zorunda oldu\u011funu belirten Murzio\u011flu, \u201cKi\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu ba\u015fta \u00f6zel hayat\u0131n gizlili\u011fi olmak \u00fczere ki\u015filerin temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini korumak yani bizlere \u00f6zel bilgileri korumak ad\u0131na uygulamaya ge\u00e7irildi. Ticaretin \u00f6znesi insan. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bizim \u00fcyelerimizin ileti\u015fim kurmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 veri tabanlar\u0131yla ilgili mahremiyeti korumak ad\u0131na bu kanun ve denetim mekanizmalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi. Bu sisteme kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmayan ve kanuna entegre olmayan \u00fcyelerimiz b\u00fcy\u00fck maddi yapt\u0131r\u0131mlarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalabilecek. Bu nedenle y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 50\u2019den \u00e7ok veya y\u0131ll\u0131k mali bilan\u00e7osu toplam\u0131 25 milyon TL \u00fczeri olan \u00fcyelerimizin ivedilikle verbis.kvkk.gov.tr adresinden kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00f6nem arz etmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Kay\u0131t y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirmeyenler hakk\u0131nda idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan Murzio\u011flu, \u201c5 bin TL\u2019den ba\u015flayan ve 1 milyon TL\u2019ye varan idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar mevcut. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Veri Sorumlular\u0131 Sicili\u2019ne kay\u0131t ve bildirim y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket eden ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015fi veri sorumlular\u0131 hakk\u0131nda 20 bin TL\u2019den 1 milyon TL\u2019ye kadar idari para cezas\u0131 verilebilecek.
