Bursa\u2019n\u0131n Gemlik il\u00e7esinde kurulu olan MKS Marmara Entegre Kimya Sanayi A.\u015e, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla ilgili kamuyouna yans\u0131yan haberlere a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirdi.<\/p>\n
Firmadan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi: “MKS Marmara Entegre Kimya Sanayi A\u015e\u2019nin Gemlik\u2019teki tesisleri 43. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015ftur. \u0130leri teknoloji ile \u00fcretilen mamullerinin %70\u2019ini, D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen ekonomileri olan ABD ve AB pazarlar\u0131na ihra\u00e7 etmektedir. Bu faaliyetleri sonucunda MKS Marmara, organik kimyasallar ihracat\u0131nda 2009-2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye ikincisi ve daha sonraki y\u0131llarda da (2013-2018) s\u00fcrekli olarak T\u00fcrkiye birincisi olmu\u015ftur. Yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z kapsam\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan tesislerimiz de dahil olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm tesislerin so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in tasarlanan deniz suyu ile so\u011futma sistemi hakk\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 verilerle olu\u015fturulan yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lar\u0131 ve subjektif de\u011ferlendirmeleri \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcyle takip etmekteyiz. Deniz suyu ile so\u011futma uygulamalar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle, so\u011futma kulelerine gerek b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, yeralt\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltan ve enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayan \u00e7evre dostu bir projedir. Deniz suyu ile so\u011futma projemiz, konusunda uzman, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a yetkilendirilmi\u015f kurulu\u015flarca, ilgili t\u00fcm mevzuatlara uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Haz\u0131rlanan projemiz, \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netimi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yerinde yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri takiben alt\u0131 ay kadar s\u00fcren incelemeler ve al\u0131nan resmi kurum g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ile beraber, 26.09.2019 tarihinde onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Projemizde uygulanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen seyreltme metodu ile denizde \u0131s\u0131nma, b\u00f6lgesel anlamda bile s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Uygulaman\u0131n kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in, denize d\u00f6nen suyun s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve di\u011fer baz\u0131 parametreleri s\u00fcrekli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclecek ve bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a on-line olarak izlenecektir. Projemizde, uygulanacak bilgisayar tasar\u0131ml\u0131 dif\u00fcz\u00f6r sistemi sayesinde olu\u015facak \u00e7ok katl\u0131 seyreltme ile Gemlik K\u00f6rfezi\u2019nin hidrobiyolojik \u015fartlar\u0131nda asla hi\u00e7 bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmayacakt\u0131r. Deniz i\u00e7indeki su alma hatt\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 \u00e7eperinde ve pompa odas\u0131nda midye ve yosun gibi deniz canl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcremesi ve borudaki ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 engellemesi ihtimaline kar\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcm D\u00fcnya\u2019da en zarars\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, \u015fehir i\u00e7me ve kullanma sular\u0131na da kat\u0131lan klor olup, eser miktarda dozlanarak kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Deniz suyu, su alma hatt\u0131 a\u011fz\u0131ndaki hidrostatik bas\u0131n\u00e7 nedeniyle olu\u015fan sifonlama etkisi ile karaya, pompa odas\u0131na do\u011fru, hareket etti\u011fi i\u00e7in emme hatt\u0131 a\u011fz\u0131na enjekte edilen \u00e7ok az miktardaki klorun, geri tepme yapmas\u0131 ve denize kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, hidrostatik olarak asla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Sadece su alma hatt\u0131 i\u00e7ine verilmi\u015f olan klor, deniz suyunda mevcut, organik ve inorganik maddeler ile reaksiyona girip yerinde ve an\u0131nda bozunarak t\u00fcketilmektedir. Bu uygulaman\u0131n sonunda klor, belediyelerin i\u00e7me suyu klor dozlama sistemlerinde son kullan\u0131c\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fcsaade edilen 0,5 ppm s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha alt\u0131nda olup 0.2 ppm d\u00fczeyindedir. Bu su, so\u011futma i\u015flemini tamamlay\u0131p denize d\u00f6n\u00fcp kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise klor hi\u00e7 mesabesine d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, bu \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda deniz suyu so\u011futma sistemine eser miktarda verilen ve zaten orada t\u00fcketilmi\u015f olan kloru, zeytin a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 ile ilgilendirmek hi\u00e7bir bilimsel ger\u00e7e\u011fe dayanmamaktad\u0131r. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda, mevzuat\u0131n zorunlu tuttu\u011fu uzman ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z akademisyenler taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan \u201cDeniz Biyolojisi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Raporu\u201dnda, projenin deniz ekosistemine ve \u201cDenizel Flora ve Fauna\u201dya etkisi de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6z konusu deniz suyu so\u011futma sisteminin, biyolojik y\u00f6nden bir olumsuzlu\u011fa neden olmayaca\u011f\u0131 bilimsel olarak ortaya konmu\u015ftur. \u015eirketimiz, \u00fclkemize ve il\u00e7emize 43 y\u0131ld\u0131r oldu\u011fu gibi bundan sonra da ileri teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn ve \u00e7evre dostu uygulamalarla, hizmetlerine devam edecektir. \u00dclkemiz ekonomisi i\u00e7in \u00fcretimin ve yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez oldu\u011fu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, subjektif de\u011ferlendirmelerle s\u00fcreci engelleme veya geciktirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00fclkemize fayda getirip getirmeyece\u011fini kamuoyunun takdirine b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
