Avrupa Parlamentosu (AP) Genel Kurul toplant\u0131lar\u0131nda Uygur T\u00fcrklerinin \u00c7in taraf\u0131ndan maruz b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 insan haklar\u0131 ihlalleri hakk\u0131nda resmi karar belgesi kabul edilirken, \u00c7in\u2019e de “kamplar derhal kapat\u0131ls\u0131n” \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Fransa\u2019n\u0131n Strazburg kentinde Avrupa Parlamentosunun (AP) 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 son genel kurul oturumlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Yap\u0131lan oylamalarda, \u00c7in\u2019in Uygur T\u00fcrkleri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkedeki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara y\u00f6nelik insan haklar\u0131 ihlalleri, kan\u0131t sunmadan mahkum etme ve i\u015fkence uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kay\u0131t alt\u0131na alan resmi bir karar belgesi oylanarak kabul edildi.<\/p>\n
AP\u2019den \u2019\u00c7in ile ili\u015fkiler g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilsin\u2019 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131<\/p>\n
Sert bir dille kaleme al\u0131nan ve politik gruplarca desteklenen karar belgesinde, AB Konseyine \u00c7in ile ili\u015fkilerin insan haklar\u0131 ekseninde yeniden ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 talebi yap\u0131l\u0131rken, gerekli oldu\u011fu taktirde ili\u015fkilerin dondurulmas\u0131 talebinde bulunuldu. \u0130nsan haklar\u0131 ihlallerinin neden oldu\u011fu kamplar\u0131n derhal kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n istendi\u011fi kararda, ba\u015fta hapisteki \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc akademisyen \u0130lham Tohti olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm Uygur T\u00fcrkleri ve di\u011fer mahkum M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 istendi.<\/p>\n
AP liberal grup \u00fcyesi ve Bulgaristan milletvekili \u0130lhan K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u2019\u00fcn yo\u011fun \u00e7abalar\u0131 sonucu AP taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen karar belgesinde, \u00c7in\u2019in Uygur T\u00fcrkleri ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara y\u00f6nelik di\u011fer ihlal ve su\u00e7lara da derhal son vermesinin garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 gazetecilerin ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z g\u00f6zlemcilerin, kamplar\u0131n oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelere girmelerine derhal izin verilmesi istendi.<\/p>\n
