Acil durumlarda can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla hizmet sunan 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi\u2019ne gelen as\u0131ls\u0131z ihbarlar ve gereksiz aramalar, hem sistemi hem de g\u00f6revlileri bo\u015f yere me\u015fgul ediyor. Bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ihbar \u00fczerine Solhan il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Kale k\u00f6y\u00fcne ekiplerin gitti\u011fi ancak ihbar\u0131n as\u0131ls\u0131z olmas\u0131 \u00fczerine inceleme ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi. \u0130nceleme sonras\u0131 ihbar\u0131 yapan ki\u015fi tespit edilerek 425 TL idari para cezas\u0131 kesildi. Merkeze bu y\u0131l yap\u0131lan 242 bin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131dan 216 binin gereksiz oldu\u011fu kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
Bing\u00f6l 112 Komuta Kontrol Merkezi\u2019nde bilgi veren \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Emin G\u00fcndo\u011fdu, merkezin 30 personelle hizmet verdi\u011fini aktararak, bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 242 bin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
216 bin gereksiz \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu aktaran G\u00fcndo\u011fdu, \u201cBing\u00f6l Komuta Kontrol Merkezi 30 personel hizmet vermektedir. Aktif olarak 4 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131, 8 doktor ve 1 ba\u015fhekimimizle hizmet veriyor. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplamda 242 bin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 al\u0131p 26 bin tanesine ambulans g\u00f6ndermi\u015f bulunmaktay\u0131z. Buradan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 216 bine yak\u0131n gereksiz \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00d6zellikle bu as\u0131ls\u0131z ihbarlar\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n zamanlar\u0131n\u0131 almalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekte hasta olan ki\u015filerin 112 ula\u015fmalar\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcndo\u011fdu, \u201c2019 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde Solhan il\u00e7esi Kale k\u00f6y\u00fcne gece 23.00\u2019de yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine giden ambulans, as\u0131ls\u0131z oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine kabahatler kanunu kapsam\u0131nda ki\u015fi hakk\u0131nda savc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunuldu. Savc\u0131l\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan tahkikat ve de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda bu ki\u015fiye 425 TL idari para cezas\u0131 kesilmi\u015f olup tebli\u011f edilmi\u015ftir. Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde de \u00f6zellikle ambulanslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 as\u0131ls\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larla ba\u015fka yerlere sevk eden ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda yine bu tarz cezalar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve ihbar\u0131 taraf\u0131m\u0131zca yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
