Do\u011fu Afrika\u2019n\u0131n Somali ve Cibuti k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda etkili olan yo\u011fun ya\u011f\u0131\u015f nedeniyle, Cibuti nezdinde \u015fiddetli ya\u011f\u0131\u015flara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak Ba\u015fkent yerle\u015fkelerinde su bask\u0131nlar\u0131 ve maddi zararlar meydana geldi. \u00d6zellikle Belediyeler ve Cibuti Afet Dairesince yap\u0131lan ilk m\u00fcdahalelerin, donan\u0131m eksikli\u011finden kaynakl\u0131 olarak yeterli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sa\u011flanamad\u0131 ve merkezde bulunan okullarda su tahliyeleri bekliyordu.<\/p>\n
