Kelebek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ya da tam ad\u0131yla \u2018sistemik lupus eritematozusun (SLE)\u2019 v\u00fccutta pek \u00e7ok organ\u0131 birden tutan romatizmal bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu, y\u00fczde kelebek tarz\u0131nda k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcyle neden oldu\u011fundan halk aras\u0131nda kelebek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak bilindi\u011fini ifade eden Liv Hospital Samsun Romatoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sayarl\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cBa\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemindeki (v\u00fccut savunma sistemi) bir bozukluktan dolay\u0131 bu hastal\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu bozuklu\u011fun nedenleri aras\u0131nda genetik ve \u00e7evresel etkenler vard\u0131r. Yani genetik olarak yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015filerde \u00e7evresel bir fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn (g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, vir\u00fcsler, kimyasallar, g\u0131dalar, ila\u00e7lar vb.) etkisiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. SLE kadar v\u00fccutta yayg\u0131n etkilenme yapabilen hastal\u0131k \u00e7ok azd\u0131r. Hemen hemen t\u00fcm v\u00fccut sistemlerini etkiler. Bunlar aras\u0131nda deri, b\u00f6brek, eklemler, akci\u011fer, kalp, karaci\u011fer, sinir sitemi gibi bir\u00e7ok doku ve organ vard\u0131r. SLE daha \u00e7ok 15-45 ya\u015flar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Daha erken ve daha ge\u00e7 ya\u015flarda da nadiren g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Hastal\u0131k kad\u0131nlarda erkeklere g\u00f6re 9 kat daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. En \u00e7ok do\u011furganl\u0131k \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nlar\u0131 etkiler\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda ve aktif oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlerde halsizlik, yorgunluk, k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131k, i\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k, kilo kayb\u0131 gibi belirli bir hastal\u0131\u011fa \u00f6zg\u00fc olmayan ve bir\u00e7ok sistemik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n seyri s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen belirtiler olabilece\u011fini kaydeden Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sayarl\u0131o\u011flu, SLE\u2019nin tedavisi konusunda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cSLE tedavisi uzman bir hekim taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n aktivitesi ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ila\u00e7lar de\u011ferlendirilerek doktoru taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilen uygun bir zamanda gebelik planlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.
