Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Savunma Sanayi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2019-2023 Stratejik Plan\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde teknoloji kazan\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla planlan\u0131yor, takip ediyor ve destekliyor. G\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerine s\u00fcrpriz etkisi olu\u015fturacak kabiliyetleri haiz k\u0131lacak gelece\u011fin teknolojilerine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak da SSB\u2019nin stratejik hedefleri aras\u0131nda \u00f6n s\u0131ralarda geliyor. Bu ama\u00e7la ODAK Teknoloji A\u011flar\u0131 (OTA\u011e) olu\u015fturularak teknoloji bazl\u0131 Ar-Ge Yol Haritalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu yol haritalar\u0131yla g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu teknolojilerde yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sekt\u00f6rdeki rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Yol haritalar\u0131 TSK, g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri, sanayi, \u00fcniversite, ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurulu\u015fu temsilcilerinin bir araya gelmesiyle haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Savunma Sanayii Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan bu kapsamda “RF Teknolojileri Yol Haritas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131” d\u00fczenlendi. Savunma Sanayii Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya Savunma Sanayii Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dr. Celal Sami T\u00fcfekci, T\u00fcrk Silahl\u0131 Kuvvetleri, \u00fcniversite, ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezleri, kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftayda payda\u015flara OTA\u011e faaliyetleri ve \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan teknoloji konular\u0131 sunuldu. RF OTA\u011e\u2019\u0131 t\u00fcmdevre, kuantum, sinyal i\u015fleme, anten, pasif, kat\u0131hal, malzeme ve vakum konular\u0131na odaklanan 8 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubundan olu\u015ftu. Bu odak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 137 teknoloji konusu ve bunlarla ili\u015fkili 190 alt konu de\u011ferlendirildi. OTA\u011e Sonu\u00e7 Raporu\u2019nun 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde tamamlanmas\u0131 ve RF Teknolojileri Yol Haritas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

RF teknolojileri \u00fclkelerin birbirlerine s\u00fcrekli \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131, ticari uygulamalar\u0131yla milli gelire, askeri uygulamalar\u0131yla milli g\u00fcvenli\u011fe do\u011frudan etkisi olan yo\u011fun rekabet alanlar\u0131 olarak biliniyor.
