Dr. Bekler, fiziksel aktivitenin temel olarak kas ve iskelet sisteminin d\u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131nda kilo al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nledi\u011fini, kalp ritmini d\u00fczenledi\u011fini, ba\u011f\u0131rsak fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 normalle\u015ftirdi\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Akci\u011ferin kapasitesini art\u0131rmak, kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak oksijenin t\u00fcm h\u00fccrelere da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, su, tuz ve mineral seviyesini dengelemek gibi faydalar sa\u011flar.
