Manisa\u2019n\u0131n Turgutlu \u0130l\u00e7esinde bulunan \u0130hsan Erturgut \u0130lkokulu M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Fatih Ad\u0131g\u00fczel, bir arkada\u015f\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, askeri z\u0131rhl\u0131 ara\u00e7 fabrikas\u0131nda Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr olan Muharrem \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan\u2019dan okullar\u0131nda bulunan iki s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n boyanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in destek istedi. Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, Ad\u0131g\u00fczel\u2019in talebini geri \u00e7evirmeyerek, fabrikada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7ilerle birlikte mesai \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda geldikleri okulun tamam\u0131n\u0131 boyad\u0131. \u2019Sadece 2 s\u0131n\u0131f olmaz burada okuyan her \u00f6\u011frenci bizimde evlad\u0131m\u0131z diyerek\u2019 eline badana f\u0131r\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 alan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan ve ekibi okulu ba\u015ftan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 boyad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Okulda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Muharrem \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, “Hepimiz toprak olacaksak, bir kar\u0131\u015f toprak alaca\u011f\u0131m diye u\u011fra\u015fmaya gerek yok. Bu t\u00fcr i\u015flerle g\u00f6n\u00fcl kazanmak laz\u0131m. Turgutlu\u2019da bir ka\u00e7 okula elimizden geldi\u011fi kadar bir \u015feyler yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. K\u0131z\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmeni, \u0130hsan Erturgut \u0130lkokulunda \u00f6zel bir s\u0131n\u0131f yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bir iki s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n boyanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yard\u0131m istedi. Okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz ile bulu\u015farak, elimizden ne gelirse yapmaya haz\u0131r oldu\u011fumuzu s\u00f6yledik. Hocam \u20192 tane s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 boyar m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z\u2019 dedi, bizde 2 tane boyayamay\u0131z, bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hepsi bizim; yapm\u0131\u015fken komple s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131, okullar\u0131n i\u00e7ini, \u00f6\u011fretmenler odas\u0131n\u0131, m\u00fcd\u00fcr odas\u0131na kadar komple boyayal\u0131m ve tertemiz teslim edelim diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck. Arkada\u015flar\u0131mla beraber ak\u015famlar\u0131 okula gelerek, elimizden geldi\u011fince boyuyoruz. Boyay\u0131 \u015fimdi bitirmek \u00fczereyiz. \u0130n\u015fallah buray\u0131 yar\u0131n hocam\u0131za teslim edip sa\u011f salim buradan ayr\u0131laca\u011f\u0131z. Ben ve arkada\u015flar\u0131m g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak bunu yap\u0131yoruz. Bizim para diye bir derdimiz yok. Hepimiz toprak olacaksak, bir kar\u0131\u015f toprak alaca\u011f\u0131m diye u\u011fra\u015fmaya gerek yok. \u00d6nce hizmet diyerek bo\u015f vakitlerimizde, kahvehanelerde yada ba\u015fka yerlerde vakit ge\u00e7irece\u011fimize bu t\u00fcr i\u015flerle hem biz, hemde ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 mutlu edelim istiyoruz. \u0130n\u015fallah hay\u0131rl\u0131 bir i\u015f yap\u0131yoruzdur.
